Story

I understand what you're going through.

Most people seek help, not because they want to budget, but because they feel stuck and don’t know which way to turn. Retirement is approaching. The future may feel uncertain.

The personal turning point

At one point in my life, I had to adjust to a new financial reality I had not planned for. I sought advice from a financial coach who did not overwhelm me with numbers. Instead, my coach helped me understand my options so I was able to make the difficult, but necessary decisions, to address the situation at hand with a successful outcome. That experience changed everything and is why I do this work now.

My professional experience

In my professional life, I spent more than a decade working with clients managing real financial crises such as collections, foreclosure, and bankruptcy. I’ve counseled clients, in severe financial distress, who sought my help because they lacked the necessary knowledge and skills to navigate their financial lives successfully. And I have seen how quickly things can improve when someone has a guide in their corner and a real plan they can execute.
